Meet the founder

Martin Wakeland is the founder of Smartz Properties, whose aim is to offer its clients a first class experience of property management.

Martin has over a decade of experience as a landlord, having owned properties in London and Kent for a number of years. He combines vast local knowledge, high quality standards and drive to achieve and customer expectations.
